MaitriBio ("we", "our", or "us") is a free biodata maker application developed by SynMantra Labs. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

1. Data Collection

MaitriBio collects minimal data required for core functionality:

  • User Input Data: Name, date of birth, gender, religion, caste, height, education, occupation, family details, contact number, and other biodata related information that you enter.
  • Photos: Profile pictures and other images you upload for your biodata.

We do not collect any personal data automatically. All information is provided by you voluntarily.

2. How We Use Data

Data is used only for:

  • Creating, editing, previewing, and exporting your biodata (PDF/Image).
  • Saving your biodata drafts locally.
  • Managing your created biodatas.
  • Sending optional reminders or notifications.

3. Data Storage

  • All data is stored locally on your device only.
  • We do not store your biodata, photos, or any personal information on any server or cloud.
  • No cloud storage or remote database is used.
  • Users can delete all data anytime via app settings.

4. Permissions

MaitriBio requires the following permissions:

  • Storage / Photos → To upload and save profile pictures in biodata.
  • Camera → To take photos directly for biodata (optional).
  • Internet → To show ads and for PDF export functionality.

These permissions are used strictly for core app functionality.

5. Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third-party services:

  • Google AdMob: To display ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers for ad personalization.
  • Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics (optional): Used to analyze app performance and crashes. No personal biodata is collected or sent.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with any third parties. Since all data remains locally on your device, there is no sharing with us or any server.

7. Children's Privacy

MaitriBio is not specifically designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected on this page inside the app.
